  • For Sale 3 x 1 in Ellenbrook

    Hey guys,

I’m selling my investment property in Ellenbrook. We lived in this house for 5 years before renting it out. Great home with nice flowing layout. Quiet street with good neighbours. Great for a first home buyer/young family or even an investor.

Features not mentioned in the Real Estate listing include:

    Ducted Evaporative Air-con
    Garden Shed
    Fully Insulated
Large outdoor entertaining area with enclosed patio/cafe blinds
Home Theatre wiring set-up in front lounge
    Retic Gardens
New roll on turf out back
Walk-in robe in Master bed/ Built in robes in other rooms
Close to schools, bus route and shops

If you know anyone in the market, let them know.

    Asking $340,000 - $360,000

With the Median house price in Perth touching on $460,000, this is ideal for someone who wants their own home but aren’t in the market for a 4 x 2.

      Bump.

      Price drop.

      $320,000 - $340,000

This is now literally the cheapest house in Ellenbrook...which is a pretty big deal considering the state of some of the other houses.

            $330 p/w

The current tenants are vacating. We have timed it such that the new owner could have the choice of occupying or investing. Finding new tenants has never been a problem.

Block is approx 420m2. No bore although there certainly are bores around. Clean ones too....one neighbour I can think of in particular has a bore and has no orange staining.

Purely financial. We don't have the cashflow to afford the the negative gearing.
