Had this for about 18 months. Selling it because I bought a new one.
Extremely useful gadget. I use mine at home to work on my car (ie instead of buying a rattle gun). This has been for personal use, not tradesman.
It looks a bit knocked around, but it has done bugger all hard stuff - it's mainly for removing/fitting wheel nuts and the occasional removing rust from brake discs and bearing hubs.
I have everything that it originally came with - the drill, two batteries, charger and carry bag.
