$2,000 for a 20 year old DT200R is a tad expensive, and not many people will even know what a DT200R is - you will need to post photos.

For everyone else: these bikes are a ton of fun. Zippy 200cc two stroke road/trail bike.

You can easily get a spare set of wheels from a wrecker - have a set of road tyres on one set, and off-road tyres on the other set. Swap wheels in 15 minutes to go off-road riding when you want to.
