Didn't think these where learner legal anymore? Are they not off the lams list?

          Learner Approved Motorcycle Scheme (LAMS)

          not that i can see

          All motorcycles :
          - built before December 1960 are approved,
          - with electric powered engines are approved,
          - with an engine capacity under 260 cc are approved with the exception of :
          Suzuki Kawasaki Honda Yamaha Aprilia
          RGV250
          KR250 (KR-1 and KR1s models) NSR250
          TZR250
          RS250.

Yeah they are LAMS, the reason you dont see the MC22, MC41, Ninja's etc is they are all 250 4 strokes so already legal.
Its poorly worded and the list should inlude the the 250's that ARE legal.

'Any motorcycle over 260cc that does not appear on the list is not a LAMS approved motorcycle so cannot be ridden by an R-E class licence holder.'

            Nice bike btw.
