Sorted thanks - Help Finding old thread

There was a thread about a month ago from someone dealing with how to re-register rep write off bikes or bikes that werent registered. I didnt read it then but I am interested in it now but cant find it. I tried a few searches but to no avail. Can anybody who remembers this thread help me out.
