A big thumbs up for this store, rang this morn & needed a small job done on my bike, the guy said bring It down.
When I got there they were busy, but did'nt have to wait long.

Not necessarily- the little jobs are not money spinners and some places wont treat you as well because of that. If a place is good to you on a small job, its because they want your return business. It shows a long term approach, not a fly by nighter attitude.
In my work my companies butt kiss the big clients flat out, but we only do little jobs if we like you. Guess Optimal was polite.
As it happens I also had dealings with this company on Fri, they were great.
