Hi all, can anyone give me a name of a good bike insurance i can't go with shannons coz not had a bike for a few years. Bike will only be used a few day every 4 weeks coz of work any help would be good. Thanks

swann give better service than some at claim time, you can get a recreational/weekend use policy.

Get a quote from a bike dealer and it's sometimes cheaper than arranging it on your own, they have extra discounts available to them.

Got mine through Insure My Ride. Was cheaper if you have experience and use your bike for weekend/ recreational. 3rd party full comprehensive cost me @ $102.00 a year.

Hi essex77. I just renewed my insurance with QBE and I was receiving a lower premium for only doing 8000klms a year or less.
When I checked out how much unlimited klms was,it was only another $15 a year on top of $410.

I had no problems getting insurance and I had not had a bike since the end of the Vietnam war,well maybe a little after.
