  • Newbie here. Lemme introduce myself.

    Hey guys. How you doing?

Good sight you got here. My brother in law told me about you guys.

I decided I'd get my ass in gear and FINALLY get myself a bike. Just gotta get my license now!!
I just bought a 96 GPX 250. She goes alright, but I crave a big bike!!

Anyways just thought I'd say "HI" and hope to cruise with you guys one day, when I get my license (or maybe b4 )

      Hi and welcome..

Must say you chose prob the best learner bike available bar none!
Don't worry about your big bike yet, no need to rush ahead of yourself
That 250 should give you a good learning curve and get you ready for the big bores
      Will you insure me?!

I let my brother in law choose the bike for me as my experience is limited. We checked out HEAPS in my price range.
He just loved all the test rides as he is off his bike while it gets fixed (and he heals). Silly bugger crashed it stunting.

So on the eight day, after wasting time faffing about with unimportant guff like heaven & earth & the waters & sky & creatures [& having a wee kip] & man.... God created PSB (GenesiSX-R1000)

                      mmm the mighty GPX.

                      one tip:

take off the aero-tabs in the bottom of the footpegs, coz that scraping sound mid-turn can really put you off if your not expecting it.

If ya got ya L's remebmer that you can still ride with us coz where all very responsible and can supervise you  watch out for everyone with two more cylinders that they acrtually need tho, there a bit mad.

                          <Nods sheepishly> That they do.

I've left mine on. Tbh I wouldn't want to lean a GPX far enough to scrape the feelers anyway. If thats your ride style, won't take u long to grind em off anyway!!

Welcome dude. Finally some company during rides!
