Hello All,

Ive recently been able to enjoy the fresh air and thrills that motorcycle riding can bring. Ive just recently purchased a Brand new 03 ZZR250 and it goes mint...

.... However i dont have alot to say about Mack 1 Kawasaki, which is the place i purchased the bike from .... Needless to say, they wont fix a dent that they put in it but were quite happy to give me "$150" worth of free shit. so yeah, word of warning In Regards to Mack 1... My gloves are falling to pieces after just over 1000km's of use too.. pretty poor.

Anyway Just thought id say hi and stop being a lurker

I cant belive how crappy Mack 1 Kawasaki handled your complaint. Them giving away a jacket that costs them substantially less wholesale is a much cheeper option than spending several hundred fixing your tank.

May I suggest that all your future Kwaka Servicing, parts, accessories you go down and see Gary and the boys at Kawasaki Northside. They support the forum and look after us al, you will have a much better relationship with them.

Tell them Perth Extreme / Streetbikes sent you.

I'm getting a little tired of people bashing Mack 1 on this forum... However, I won't defend them this time. Mainly in fear that they will do a bad job after I've given them a nice reference. :?

But, I will say that the gloves I got there last time lasted me just under 4 years! I bought a new pair for the last track day. You can't really blame a bike store for gloves... It's gotta be the glove manufacturer...

wont be spending anymoney with them ever again
