  • Radiator Repair - where to have it fixed

OK only asking cos the searchy function is kaput, I know there are heaps of threads on this subject.

So the 750 has managed to get a hole in the radiator even with a guard on it!!

Looking for somewhere to have it fixed this week, let me know where you have used, seem to remember somewhere down in Kelmscott/Westfield, but would prefer closer to Midland

    Thanks

I took Yammie R1's radiator to a radiator repair shop in Rocky. Charged $40.00 by memory.
They used what looked like Araldite.
For that much I could have done it myself.

And I gave you the wrong chain. I'll bring the right one up tonight. Oooops. Wrong packet. But you can have that one too. It was the really expensive Chinese 530 that stretched 100mm in 160kms and when you stopped you would always smell burning rubber. At least the 'O' rings were rubber.

Cool! I wonder if rubber has different handling characteristics than canvas and aluminum?

Bloody Rich... won't go for a ride. Reckons he has to get his hair done, nails manicured, eyebrows plucked, cook dinner and run off to the shops for his sanitary napkins.

And FFS! You had almost 2 weeks of 0 data transfer.... and I haven't even seen last weeks "Blacklist"!
You are having mushrooms on cooked tomatoes tonight!
