Arrive early (give yourself enough time), look to where you want to go - not at the kerb lol, head checks for side streets and all intersections (make them REALLY obvious so they can see) , stop signs
Make sure you have a lesson booked before your test to go over everything one last time, arrive early and keep calm. Nerves are a big reason that first timer's fail so get those sorted out and relax. Oh, and be polite and friendly to the examiner, they aren't evil robots...they just want to make sure you don't kill yourself on the road.
Good luck!

I had a lesson before my test and it definitely helped by confirming any doubts I had and having a lesson before hand kept the nerves under control too
Try not to over-think things. By now you should already be able to do all that is required for the test, so just relax and do what you know.
If you try too hard you'll probably overlook simple things, like stop signs.
There are plenty of threads about licencing tests, and tips and the like. Have a browse.
