Riding out class..?

I have been told so many stories i dont know what to do... ?

I want to know what happens when u are caught riding without ur R class and u only have ur r-e?

No bull shit i want fact and true stories to back this up..

iv heard .. on ur r-e with ur l's u have to go to cuaght but nothing happens if u have not yet got ur l's :? ?

Last week i heard the rules have changed and now its a ban?

and also wats the risk of being pulled over .. considering u are doing nothing wrong ?

I know a guy who rides a 600, while on his Ls for 250s...

He's been stopped heaps and can talk himself out of almost anything.
Trick is he doesn't ride alone - cause Ls can't...B-)

And don't draw attention to yourself. Bikes are already more noticable to cops - (not average drivers though), so ride like any normal law respecting biker would... I have found that you can be too cautious, and they stop ya to find out why...B-)

Remember, if ya can't do the time, don't to the crime...(or don't get caught)

Ive been done for riding outa class before...i got a $100 fine, its a pretty minor offense, and i was made to leave my bike and walk home...lucky i wasnt too far from home... i went to court also... but basically just got fined... this was about 2.5yrs ago tho...hope it helps a little

not much happened in court....the judge just gave me an ear bashing...but if u ask me they should have been using their time to catch real crims...not harrass me... and coz i live in the slummy c*** whore suburb in perth it was just a random police pull over =( lic check

If you have your Ls you will get summonsed to appear in court for drive contrary to L plates which could result in a fine, suspension of your L plates and perhaps suspension of your licence.

ok fine for NoMDL is 100 and 1 demerit. However, in the event the copper decided you were incapable of controlling the vehicle this can also result in a court appearance.

ya could just buy some stickers off a 250cc bike and plaster them all over yer big bike....chances are the cops wont even know dumb ass'es =)
