                  Am I serious? YES

Have I ever tried this? YES

                  Does it work? YES

The product needs to be re-applied every 4-5 months. But it does a damn fine job of overexposing the numberplate. We have used these sprays for our work vehicles, as we are on the road all the time. I am happy to say that since we have been using said product, no fines have come across my desk.

However I do agree with you Frag... it is a terrible photoshop job on that photo. Please note that no photoshop is required for the REAL thing.

                      So its pretty water resistant?
Hrmm.. do one application and then put clear contact over your plate
