I just moved back to Perth, I bought a bike in Melb and I'm still waiting for her to get transported here, I was wondering what the laws are like here. It sucks how we can't park on the pavement!

How long do you need to have your license until you can dink a pillion passenger?

i thought you could do, as soon as you walk out of the licenceing centre with a grin on your face

Actually I'm pretty sure that you can learn with your instructor on the back. Not sure I would like to though. The thought of someone new to bikes with a big fat instructor on the back yelling commands just doesn't appeal to me. Particularly on a CB 250.

They need some more consistent laws.. In Vic you have to have your full license for a year before you can get a bike bigger than a 250cc and start dinking pple.

Nah pillion is cool here, your cbr should have a pillion seat but make sure that suspension isn't too soft....... bump clunk bump clunk
