You might wanna see if she's done helmets before, I remember hearing something about the cops being able to shaft you over wearing a helmet that doesn't meet standards if the standards stickers have been removed or painted over. Not sure how much truth there is to it, but it couldn't hurt to look into it.

As I understand it, if the sticker is removed - the lid is not considered legal for road use...You can get done for 'not wearing a helmet'... Same as if you don't have the strap done up. :?
Aim high and consider yourself worthy of great things
what??? ummm so we not suppose to remove any stickers from em lids? okay that means i need to remove stickers from someone else's lid then and put them on mine... lolol just joking. i still got all me stickers on.
if anyone is keen to get some work done on their lids then i suggest heading down to Awesome Air at the e shed markets in freo. he does a pretty wicked job, won't paint over the stickers and also won't paint a damaged helmet ! he did my lid and it's a fantastic finish !
just my 2cents
The guy at E shed does a good job, but you cant even get a 5cm by 5cm picture for less than $200, because that is his minimal change, although he did say that it is legal to paint a helmet.
i would rather be dead and cool than alive and uncool
