Terminator 3
TERMINATOR 3 : RISE OF THE MACHINES [Rating TBA]
Those killing machines won’t give up! It’s been a long road from The Terminator in 1984 to Terminator 2: Judgment Day in 1991 and now, almost twenty years after the saga began, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines.
Set ten years after Judgment Day, the story finds John Connor (Nick Stahl) now a 25-year-old who has become a nonentity. There is no record of his existence, but his isolation is about to change.
Once again, the future is about to come into Connor’s life when an even more technologically advanced killer cyborg known as T-X arrives to track him down and kill him. Connor is the man destined to become the leader of a resistance movement against Skynet, the computer network that wages war on humanity. T-X is the terminator that Skynet has sent back in time to succeed where its predecessor, T1000 failed. Relentless and determined, T-X is again in human guise – but this time, it’s female (Kristanna Loken).

Connor’s one chance of survival is The Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger), the machine that was once sent to assassinate him…
[size=18]Matrix Reloaded

Much anticipated and with a plot that is for the most part shrouded in secrecy, The Matrix Reloaded is the second chapter of the sci-fi action trilogy that will be followed later by The Matrix Revolutions.
The original 1999 movie was one of the biggest hits of the year and has gone on to make a whopping $US456.3 million worldwide. It concerned a computer hacker named Neo (Keanu Reeves) who discovered that everything he believed to be real was an illusion created by machines, which had taken over the world and enslaved humanity. Enlisted by a group of rebels including Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne) and Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss) to fight the machines, Neo was revealed as the chosen “One” who would free the human race from its bondage in a world of virtual reality.
In The Matrix Reloaded, others whose minds have been freed from The Matrix join Neo, Morpheus and Trinity. These include Niobe (Jada Pinkett Smith) and Persephone (Monica Bellucci). The seemingly indestructible and relentless Agent Smith (Hugo Weaving) returns more powerful than ever – and in multiple versions – to ensure that the increasing force of human allies do not achieve their goal.
The struggle moves to Zion – the last city of the real world and the focus of human resistance. But the machines know where Zion is and they have a plan to destroy it. The capture of a key figure known as The Keymaker is humanity’s only hope…
[size=18]2 FAST 2 FURIOUS [Rating TBA]
It’s crash and smash time again in the sequel to The Fast and the Furious in which Paul Walker returns as former cop, Brian O’Conner.
With ex-con pal, Roman Pearce (Tyrese), O’Conner plans to transport a shipment of dirty money for shady Miami-based import-export dealer, Carter Verone (Cole Hauser). But he’s actually working for undercover agent, Monica Clemente (Eva Mendes) to bring Verone down.
It’s racing to a cinema near you soon.
