Jacket sizes

just have a quick question on jacket sizing... as i dont wanna get caught out. If im a 54 eur size then thats 44 US right?

UK V's Au

I got caught, well some nice rellies did, they bought me a size 54 (UK) side zipping all leather jacket and is about 3 sizes too small. I take a size 10 (UK) shoe/boot but 12 over here. Doesnt really help you but UK sizes are approx 3 smaller than Oz sizes.

Oh yeah, My jacket is for sale and is brand new never been worn and has still gat that cow smell.
