  • CBR 1000 pillion seat

Well after being pillion on the new cbr1000rr for the whole day I can personally say it is NOT a pillion friendly seat  ooooo ouch :!:

You might as well be sitting on the tail with no padding...

For all the guys out there, this is the bike you need if you want to know how much your girlfriend/wife likes/loves you. This will put them to the ultimate challenge. Take them riding for the day on this and I am guessing they probably won't want to ride with you again....
Bonus in all this, you get to go riding on your own ALL the time :!:

Needless to say, although it is like riding on a rock, I will do it again :!:

        And the award goes to...

Pillion of the year has to go to Kim!

Buns of steel to sit on the back of the bike for the whole day.

Great pillion, nerves of steel, no figiting or moving to upset the bikes handling.

Your welcome on the back anytime.

Just out of curiousity, has anyone given the 600RR pillion seat a beating in comparison?

I mean I know the pillion seat is like a last-minute afterthought on most bikes, but still.

                600RR Seat

                Fenris,

Read Bladebabes report on the 1000cc. The same goes for the 600cc.

Both designed as race bikes, passenger comfort comes second.

Good to see you had fun 8)

As for the 600RR, it does not get that hot, but the seat is as firm as the 1000RR.

And as for the Honda bagging, bring it on! I bet you can not even ride it to it's limit  hahaha

Must agree it would not be my first choice, I would go for the R1 first then the Blade, then the ZX10R then the Gixer 1000.

With the Blade I would paint the bottom belly pan, same colour as bike.
