Get it plugged for around 10 bucks then if you don't want to ride on it, advertise it in the quokka or in the for sale section here. If you still don't get any takers and the plug is holding up do a burn out :twisted: (tell me and I will bring my camera) and then go and get a new tyre

Roofing screw went into my tire, Well i need a new tire anyway so i might as well get one!!! I ''think'' it was a dunlop, thats wat the tire i have on there now is so yh looks like $150 is the go. I only wont a cheap tire :shock: i would like to burn the rubber up but yh wont happen.

For $15 at Auto One (I think) you can get a kit that will repair this type of thing (8-10 times over). You just clean up the hole and push a very sticky bit of rubber in to it with the tools provided. Having a new housing estate down the road it's happened to me more than once so I got the kit. Done one on the bikes rear tyre and it's holding up fine.

out came the repair kit --ten mins later tyre fixed pumped up and on
our way to enjoy the rest of the nite--------tyre stayed up all nite on his
CBR 900 and we where giving it plenty of stick

Nice pic 'MR JOSHUA' I am getting a tire put on it tomorrow at bikers corner 4 $150 mist the bike today I should get one of those tire kits u guys are talking about, So were do u get them from auto shops???

yeh i recomend the tyre repair kit that goof metioned, cheap insurance incase it gets ya away from home or CAD, go into any auto shop and just ask the dude at the front desk for a tyre repair kit with tools, they will lead ya in right direction, i paid $14 for the one i got with 6 plugs and keep it in my bike at all times!

Well i got the tire put on today looks allright $155 just to put it on the RIM! I put the wheel on and off of the bike so they didnt have to do it and the cost stayed the same!!! thought they might take off like $10, 4 there time they didnt need to spend doing wat i did but nope, O well got new rubber now.
