What's your agenda buddy - obviously (by reading today's paper - page 11) you're a browser of this forum - where in the hell does anyone boast about RACING at over 200k/ph on wet suburban streets.
As today's article states - the police force have been aware of ANY wrongdoing for a considerable amount of time and have been working to probably (I have no idea - really) build a raport with people. Your articles along with the ceasing of the excellent roadcraft course conducted by the police force years ago will probably further divide the gap.
I don't know where to begin or end - your article is not news, but simply words which more than anything else are going to aid in more aggression being shown to motorcyclists riding to work/down to the shop by car drivers, causing more injury/deaths you and the road safety council purport to be so concerned about.
