I think they got it wrong on the road rage one....

Arsehole drivers who cut people off and drive so that no one can merge and refuse to let people merge who are trying to get across... Seriously, you're not going to be late if you let that guy on your left in...

seriously though people need to learn how to use the fucking road. You drive in the LEFT HAND LANE, the right hand lane is for OVERTAKING, not just so you can putt along at the speed limit. If you do use the right hand lane for overtaking, once the manouver is complete you should move back into the left lane. This simple thing would solve a lot of the problems on the road, and I also believe would minimise crashes as people would become less impatient as you would ALWAYS be able to overtake.
