It's a shame emissions regs are forcing makers to start using huge cans again, I love the stubby cans on the current 600 & 750.

I don't like the big can they have on there, but there's plenty of scope to get a good looking exhaust on there. I love the way the bottom fairing flows into the exhaust and that line is extended to the back of the bike.

Can't wait to see some aftermarket cans for it.

I find it hard to believe that the k6 & k7 were deemed to loud, I think the standard pipe is to soft. Don't like the new look pipe tho .

Meh, just another excuse to go aftermarket Like you weren't going to anyway

For what it's worth tho, i don't mind it. though i'd much rather have flushmount (to the body) indicators, rather than those gigantic and expensive mirrors (have the same beef with the new zx10, new cbr1000, etc)...

the mirrors are a bit of a worry for me too. Anyone had to replace them yet? how much

it'll actually look better than k6/7 with an aftermarket because the bottom fairing wraps all the way under the pipe, whereas on the k6/7 the muffler is visible on aftrernarket pipes
