Great Ride, great to see you all, had a blast riding.
Was a big turn-out for those who didn't come, at least 30 bikes (ish), and although it was a brisk night the ride course was good fun and everyone stayed upright.
However, I'd like to suggest that with those sort of turnouts we should addopt a corner marking policy just to make sure we get everyone to where we need to go.
Big shout out to Mr zx2r, sorry i missed your name. I appologise for dropping in on you in that right hander and then leaving you behind.
So corner marking works like this.
1. Ride leader - Leads ride, always in front.
2. The front 3-6 fast riders corner mark. Every time you make a turn the 2nd rider peels off and sits at that corner with the indicator going in the direction to turn.
3. Nominated Tail End Charlie (TEC) gives the corner marker a beep on the horn when he passes to say all are through the corner sucessfully.
4. Corner marker then can feel free to blast back somewhere up the the top of the pack and the next 2nd in line does the next corner...and so on.
5. TEC always rides last, so we (collective we) know that everyone's through.
This way if we loose anyone or anyone comes off we can go back and look for them and make sure everyone has a fun and safe ride.
