    1973 Norton Commando 850



    y? ... because today i got to ride it (yes, tell me what a lucky sod i am)

    oh, and it's also fucking beautiful.

    just thought you all should know, it was one of the most awesome experiences of my life.

    i freakin LOVE bikes like this, i sometimes tell myself i was born 30 years too late.

    love love love it ^_^

    so... tell me of some old bikes you think are cool and why, and photos please too where can.

          nice bike yes CS, but that's not what i meant!

          ... and if anyone has a '69 Bonneville i would quite happily take that for a testride ^_^

              thats what dad had back in the day!!!!! (mach 3 if memory serves me right)

              for me dont know the name but there was a 750 2 stroke back in the 70's sometime........... by one of the jap companys

                Falcore: either the Suzuki GT750 or Kawasaki H2 (Mack IV) 750.

                And yes, i'd like an H2. Must be the '72 model, complete.

                  One of the boys that works for me has a 1959 Triumph.
                  It is the twenty one a 350 with 21 hp It will be mine 1 day .
                  This was also my Dads first bike back in the day
                  I love this bike and Potato recently repainted it to its new glory.
                  Peter has owned it for 20 years and has promised it to me 1 day
