i know in some states or countries, there are courses people can take, which are like a week or something that will assist in the time it takes to get your complete license.
as in, if courses were counted as part of getting your license as a whole.
might be a good thing for learners.
i know as a learner right now, id love to go somewhere to spend more time getting to know the ins and outs and work more intense, then just a couple lessons every week.
hope that doesn't sound complaining-y... but i still think the more time to get comfy the better.
the option would be good.

dont agree with any subsidys, those courses should be compulsory an if you cant afford it then tough, riding isnt a god given right
