As per title, any suggestions? I will be getting my hands on the aforementioned model of bike later this week and am looking to make a change to the stock pipe

Cheers, I fired off an email inquiry. It's a bit hard to tell what each one sounds like, even with youtube clips of ppl's bikes. Might have to do a bit of snooping around at the next LNR or country ride...

                +1 for the Roo mufler!
Does a great job on my ZX7-R.
together with a propper jetting job makes very good HP.
                and,...
with a little bitta care they still look like new a fair few years later!

also Nipps bike, a ZX6R 1997 has got one on it and also makes a difference.
                plus keep it in WA!!

As Pato said i had one on my 99 zx6.

Had a full system though, sounded awesome, looked good and went well too. Plus alex is local.

                  What more could you want?

Yeah, I'm going to go with a Roo pipe I used to have one on my CBR250RR and Alex did a great job of repairing it after I had my off earlier this year.

So asides from getting the pipe put on, its seems I need the bike re-jetted? Where is the best place to get that done? What does it involve?

One more query, I've heard people talk about 'full systems' in relation to exhausts. What do they entail?

full system changes your stock manifold and pipe. So from the exhaust ports back
