quick revival, for those who used these, has anyone experienced a switch failure?

My brake light don't come on no more for teh rear...
Pretty sure the pedal is still making pressure, so that leaves the switch being cactus.
I've had it in there for maybe a year?

I haven't had one fail (aftermarket) but a mates RS125 has one from factory that has failed.
