Supposedly, the 998cc in-line four puts out 166bhp (122kW) at 11750rpm.. though I think that might be a tad bit high. No word on the estimated retail cost of the bike..

There's also the (no doubt pricier) F4 Tamburini edition.. said to put out 172bhp (127kW)! At an eye-water 13:1 static compression ratio, you're gonna want to use Ultimate98..

Hm, ok, I'm gunna be a smartarse and ask... exactly what is interesting, original, or in any way fresh about this design?

I mean, if someone said "Here, have one of these new Agustas" I wouldn't entirely complain. But I look at it and it is just so much like all the other current crop fangfests.

Doubtless 166 bhp is fresh - but visually, isn't anyone going to get adventurous with these new designs??
