  • Quick release plate hanger...

    Whaaat?!

Well, it looks like we can't apply the "bold new graphics" label to the 2010 Honda CBR1000RR because it's actually received some slight mechanical upgrades; namely a larger flywheel for increased engine inertia, a quick-release plate hanger, a muffler cover with slits in it and yes, two bold new graphics options. While the new US colors are limited to orange/silver and red/black, lucky Euros again get the pick of the litter with a nicely updated tricolor, black/white and all-black options. We've made no bones about our outright love for the CBR1000RR, it's one of the greatest sportsbikes we've ever ridden, easily eclipsing its contemporary competition.

It needs a button on the handle bars to jettison mid chase...

    Cool Idea though.

might as well post the colours too I spose.

Tri colour looks hot, the rest make me glad that there are other bikes on the market.

Men have motorcycles while women have menstrual cycles, you can't talk to either while they are on it. The women's also has a sound, it goes nag-na-nag-nag-nag, biiiiiitch-bitch-biiiiiiiitch!

Honda: ditch the tired fucking wings scheme, it really, really doesn't work with this bike shape. With the big gap over the frame and the knee guards, the tiny bits on the tank look shite.

Colour wise: not bad, I don't mind the orange/silver, and the black/white is always good. The tri-colour is as ugly as usual.

But of course Honda Australia never import any of the interesting colours, so this is about as close as we're likely to get to them

              Uh...

dropping the plate mid chase = cops pick up the plate then go wait for you at home?
“Crashing is shit for you, shit for the bike, shit for the mechanics and shit for the set-up,” Checa told me a while back. “It’s a signal that you are heading in the wrong direction. You want to win but crashing is the opposite. It’s like being in France when you want to go to England and when you crash you go to Spain. That way you’ll never get to England!” -- Carlos Checa

If it's fake why would you need to drop it?

Unless you can somehow fill it with nails, or ninja rocks or something

Wouldn't slinging a box of donuts over your shoulder have the same effect?

no, reward based training is bad for police. They will just spend all day trailing bikes hoping for more donuts.

Adversion training is better, so every time you see one, whack him on the nose with a roled up newspaper. then he will learn to avoid people on bikes.
