    Is riding out of class still just a slap on the wrist or is it a confiscation of bike under the new laws seeing as your unlicensed for that class?

    They are getting really though on unlicensed drivers...

      It's no longer riding out of class, it's now riding without a license, so same penalty.

          Yeah was more of a curiosity with the new tough laws, Im going for me R class not this thurs but next thurs, and chances are I wont have my bike till after then anyway
