  • More carbon-fibre bits 'n pieces

Sure, it's the motorcycle equivalent to rice (well, not really, it weighs slightly less so I go slightly faster ) but I got some more carbon bits today - clutch cover and exhaust guard. Mmm. Nice.

Oh, yeah; and a sealed Gel battery `cause my old one was fuckered.

So on the eight day, after wasting time faffing about with unimportant guff like heaven & earth & the waters & sky & creatures [& having a wee kip] & man.... God created PSB (GenesiSX-R1000)

not to mention the single sided swingarm, and underseat exhaust.. which I thought stood out most..

Those are those funky pvm(i think) dual disc brakes.. where there's 4 discs on the front wheel. it's sposed to be good cuz it'z closer to the hub which means less gyroscopic force which means it turns in quicker.. and it's like a twin plate clutch compared to a single plate one as far as the friction goes, so they still work good

ohlins forks by the looks of it too

pretty fancy bike.. never gets ridden either

One of the problems i have with carbon gear, mostly with exhausts.. is how bad it can get from the sun. You know... seeing how the sun makes carbon fibre about as protective as regular plastic in a short time... and makes it go brown and scabby.

BUt if you're going to do it, I say do it... get as much on as ya can. Not just a CF kickstand.

Least ya going all the way couz

Pacman: Yeah.. I know. Especially the exhaust guard, it'll probably turn crap after a while. But, oh well, I like how it looks in the meantime..

Luckily the exhaust is, obviously, under-seat so it still looks nice. For now, anyway...
