A couple of good comments about the business then a link to a deleted negative thread on another forum and you have legal threats. God Bless America .... it's what we are becoming through our lawyers.

hehe ... how many of these do you get a week?

not saying the company is right or wrong but here's a big fucking tip to companies ... when you fuck people around they tell people. The interwebz is now a great tool for transmitting these conversations. If you are going to fuck people around be prepared for them to slag you off.

We get one a month on average, and on average about two a year that go as far as lawyer to lawyer fistycuffs.

All to defend your speach. PSB actually keeps a substantial provision aside just for this sort of shit. Thank you PSB financial supporters!

It really bites that people think they can throw their weight around with legal threats when it's really based on someone's poor experience with their product or service. All it really does is muddy their reputation further.

I will never use the company in question if that is the way they communicate with other organisations. Pathetic.

Legally can a website be held responsible for what a member of the public has posted?

I wouldn't have thought so, but who knows?
