250 Friendly River Run 13/10/13 @ 4.30

Hey Guys,

Going for a ride around the river. Meet @ Causeway bike shops @4.15 leave 4.30 Should be back to causeway bike shops @5.30 or so.
Anyone welcome and pace will be fairly easy.
