  • Cruiser Social Ride Sunday 16 February - New Rider Friendly

    https://maps.google.com.au/maps?sadd...sz=10&t=m&z=10

Thanks to Cruzer for getting this started.

Planning a "social" ride along this route (see link above) to the Coke Café in Toodyay. Moved possible day to a Sunday to accommodate those that work/have sports Saturdays

Start from Caltex Servo at Stratton (Cnr Toodyay Rd and Lewis Jones Cross) at 8:30 am - should take us about 2 hours to get there with a stop on the way.

Not planning on breaking any speed records.

Given my "newness"definitely looking for volunteers to help out.
There is no better sight than a group of cruisers riding down the highway.

Oh and Jacko's suggested a brilliant return route via Julimar rd, Chittering back to Great Northern ( optional I guess) so it should be a great ride.

On a ZX10.. You won't get out if first gear..

Seriously, I might come along, sounds like a relaxing few hours. I like the toasted chicken a cheese at the cafe in Toodyay..

I don't think anyone will have a problem catching up with those that go on ahead so they can use all 6 gears. just means you'll get more time to enjoy the food. I'm happy with what I can get out of my 5 on the C50.
