Todays ride was fantastic 8)
We all meet at Shell Thomas road and numbers were good, 18 bikes in all. We meet up with Trev and the Motorcyle news Forum members and took off through Jarrahdale via back roads, nice and twisty.
There was a good range of bikes from CBR250RR to Gixxer1000 to Tri 955i Daytona, ZX9, couple R1's and a couple of blades.
With the numbers being good three was a good spread of experience / levels, very fast - fast - moving so there was no need to ride alone. Gohan and my self had great fun, let the group go and then we play catch up, must say we were moving the poor old 600 copped a hidding and so much for getting 160km from a tank of fuel, on a couple of sections I only got 130km from a tank
We stopped off at the Quidanning pub for an early lunch and drink, from there we took off via a trip to a service station to Collie, that also was one fun run. I don't care what people say regards our roads, but if you look you will find some fast windie roads in good condition, I mean I could hold on to the quicker 1000cc bikes, all in all it was a fun day for all, did not matter weather you were riding hard or cruising, good roads good people good fun 8)
That was a good 500km we traveled today and the weather was great, not to hot - just right.
Oh, sorry Boxhead I forgot my mobile phone, mind you I had no were to put it.
Hope you all had fun, to next time stay safe stay upright 8)
