  • Ride days ??

OK ... I'm all new to the bike scene (I've done about 4000 k's so far all up)but looking at your piccys and comments from ride days and stuff I feel the need to stop riding by myself and join u guys ... if you'll have me?

I was just wondering ... am I going to get severly left behind and pee u guys off (beeing on an iddy biddy 2 fiddy and all)?

What sort of speeds do you guys generally tonk along at?

I don't really know if I ride fast or slow or somewhere in between as I have had nothing to compare myself to so I suppose it is ride time!

    Gday Spoony,

Next saturday some other 250's are coming along as well and you are more than welcome. Speed wise well, *enter sir braggalot mode* I had my 250 GOING NO MORE THAN THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT cough cough(anyone seen space balls ) and you don't usually see them until the next turn off  but we will always wait at the turn offs. Unless your riding a ZZR 250 sorry Aiden and Wes couldn't help myself

but yeah its all good, even if you don't want to go on the country run come down, say gday and make some noise with us

    cheers

      Gday Spoony Dood ..

      A ZX2R left behind ????? NEVER HAPPEN.

Nah ull be rite. As Ace says the guys will wait for you on corners and alike..

Just watever you do ...... please ... RIDE TO YOUR LIMITS!!

Dont worry about being left behind if your pushing to hard.... slow down...relax... enjoy .....nothing ruins a good ride than having to out your mate in a ambo.

Hope to see you out and about soon.
Some say he eats sidchrome for breakfast

Some say he only showers on even days of the week

Some say he put an R1 motor in a coffee machine

        Hey Spoony,

Definately come along for the rides.

Was my first country ride last saturday. Had a ball.

Being new to it all as well i spent most of the time at the back or or being over-taken    but it was all good fun, don't have to push it if you dont wan't to.

You can learn a lot just from listening to everone at the stops too.

And don't worry about having a small bike....even if you had a big one you'd still have to come to grips with a cbr250 howling past you. Hi Ace

          Hey spoony,

Would be good experience for ya, but as everyone says, ride at your own pace. It's not just that you don't know the riders but you wont know the roads either.

and of coarse, don't listen to ace..

Just come along dude. you wont get left far behind becahse we stop at the intersection for everyone to get there. That way you can all ride to you ability or however you are feeling and not have to worry about having to keep up incase you get left behind. Although we did seam to loose 2 250's in mundaring somwhere but i dont know what happening there.

Keep that hat on mister, I want to see that pointy white hat on

They are great days and we have a lot of fun no mater what experience level, come join us we love to have all types there.

Just be careful of that Warpspeed guy though, he's a bit dodgy. And as for Ace, when and IF he passes you.....just shut your eyes (woops just for a quick second I mean) and continually say to yourself that was NOT a 250, that was NOT a 250
