  • Horse Whisperer

Monty Roberts, "The Horse Whisperer" is coming to Perth in a couple of weeks.

He is going to be at the Brigadoon Equestrian Centre for the 3rd & 4th of April ONLY :!:

It is an all day event with doors opening at 9.15am and show finishing at 3.30pm.

I was going to go for a cruise up there as I think it would be great to see, plus the ride there and back would be nice too.

Now for the prices, this will put alot of people off...

    Adult - $113.65
    Student (full-time) - $102.30

So if anyone is interested PM me and we will organise something.

    Re: Horse Whisperer

I am going along, hoping to learn a thing or too and keep my pony power in line.

Not sure if any of the boys would be interested in a guy horsing around.

Why is it so much money?
And that's a lot for a student, most students can't afford that.

          But have a good day.

First he gets an unbroken horse walks around in circles whispering sweet nothings in it's ear and breaks it in.....sounds like a beastiality flick to me.

It's an alternate stress free way to train a horse instead of the usual method. Certain people have a 'gift' that enables them to communicate mentally with an animal.
It is an event which is supposed to provide an insight as to how this is done and give those that own horses something to think about and maybe put in to use.

Pity there wasn't an alternative way to train males  :!:

yeah, but horses are quite content to just have the woman on it's back, whereas males would rather ride the chicky........ each to his own though.........

I love horses, and am a half-decent rider.. but a) that's a lot of money and equestrian events bore the crap out of me.

Scarlett Johansson, in the movie of the same name, is hot as fook though.
