1) A VIRUS FREE PC and bits - must have network card (dahh).
2) A 4 metre network cable or longer.
3) A powerboard.
4) A pair of headphones (DONT BRING SPEAKERS)
5) $15 for the kitty to cover Pizza, Softies and trestle table hire. If you want to have a beer, BYO. Any money not used will be divvied back out to everyone.

Battlefield 1942 ("BF1942") is a game distributed by Electronic Arts (www.eagames.com).
\'Desert Combat\' ("DC") is a Free Mod that is downloadable from the internet produced by Trauma Studios (www.desertcombat.com).
The version that will be played is the most recent version that requires BF1942 to be installed followed by the installation of the BF1942 version 1.45 patch and finally to be followed by the the installation of DC version 0.39.
We will have the patch to update any version of BF1942 to V1.45 as well as the full install file for DC v0.39 so don\'t stress..... but it is mandatory that you have a working version (any version) of BF1942 installed on your PC, together with original/hacked discs or a no CD patch already installed, working & configured.

If you don\'t have broadband and couldn\'t be bothered downloading the above files prior to the LAN, be sure to arrive 30 mins early (1:30pm) so that they can be installed from my disc and ready to rock prior to everyone else coming so no time is wasted.

1:30 pm: Installation of software for those without the Desert Combat Mod & Enemy Territory Mod.
2:00 pm: Arrive - Setup & Config.
2:45 pm: Desert Combat.
7:30 pm: Break & Pizza
8:15 pm: Enemy Territory
11:00 pm: Either Game
12:00 midnight: FINISH
