    I feel like yum cha, some come on down to Warwick at 1pm.

    The place is called Serenade Palace, and is located underneath the cinema.

                not complete.

                i don't know everything but i don't tell people what i don't know or make up stuff so it looks like i know something..

                ok i'll try to get up there.. see how it goes.. if the weather holds up i'll go for a ride..

                            I hate you Barfy, I had to go to Mandurah for dads day
                            I never get yum cha, coz my missus doesn't like it and you always go when I have something else on Bert

                              Cheers to those who rocked up. we went to a different place 2 suburbs away.

                              Worst service ever, food was average, but at least we got some laughs out of it.
