                      Do you have one brake line from the master cylinder to a caliper, then another from caliper to caliper? :o

                        Piggy back style? Looks like it. That's the standard set up, anyway, from factory.

                          ooh, I've heard lots of bad things about that style. My ER6 came that way, and going to a double banjo at the master + 2 lines worked wonders

                            It can just make bleeding a bit more time consuming. If it's all bled up alright, you won't notice any difference between that and two lines straight from the master.
                            I'd bet the difference you noticed was mostly because of the fresh fluid+bleed, and the braided lines.

                            Back on topic: I'm liking pretty much everything you've done to the bike, and the '09 Repsols are nice looking to start with, but the extra stickers you've added look tacky dude. Especially the Yoshi one, on the wrong way.
