  • changing wheels

it takes me about 10 mins to remove and fit each wheel with fiddling around with spacers. couldnt imagine being able to change over to wets in racing/pits in time without a 'quick removal kit'.

just wondering if anyone knows a faster way or special technique or is it just practice?

    its practice and sequencing.

have only the tools you need there and practice.

Push the pads back a fraction and chamfer the edge where the disc hits on assembly if you a really struggling, and what Arwon said. Sometimes sitting down and using your feet to hold the wheels can help as well. Do your spacers fall out loose or do they hold a bit on the seals.

Also look at getting captive spacers, they have a lip on the inside of them, that when pushed through the seal, holds them in place. And practice
