SP1 front sprocket removal for cleaning.......Grrr

Just wondering if there is any one out there that can tell me how to remove a front sprocket from an SP1 just so i can clean it without the hassel of the usual problems that can be incurred.

I am in the Sydney area ...if there is any one close.
