Ignition barrel replacement help!

Hey,
As some of you might have heard, my WR250X was stolen but recovered.
One damaged part was the steering lock...
I plan to replace everything else myself but i don't have a drill or a vice clamp to do the tamper proof bolts on the lock.

Is there anyone who could lend me a drill and a vice?

Ignition barrel replacement help!

I've got a set of vice grips - they should do the trick. I'm in Bentley, but won't be home before late tomorrow (8-9pm). Oh and I've got a drill, too.
