First noticed it last week in AMCN, haven't seen anything posted on PSB as of yet so thought I would stick in here.

Date published: 13th November 2013
Product information
Product description
YZF-R1Z-2010 motorcycles sub lead wire harness
Identifying features
Campagin reference: SL/R1Z
Target: 85
VIN range: RN22400918 to 001002
What are the defects?
Yamaha has determined that the resistance in the wire harness between the APS,TPS and ECU may increase due to a manufacturing defect in the wire harness at the time of production. Under this condition, the output voltage APS /TPS may read out of specifications and send an incorrect signal to the ECU.
What are the hazards?
If the defect occurs, it is possible that the engine speed may not return to idle even if the throttle grip is returned to closed position while riding. This poses a hazard to the rider and other road users.
