need ideas for my blade's bum

hello people, i have just taken delivery of a new 03 954, and need some ideas on ways to pretty up the arse end, (i mean the license plate and indicator mount thingy) its huge and very ugly... with my sp i just took to it with a hacksaw and trimmed a bit off, but im not sure it will look that good if i did the same thing to the 954... any suggestions?

you can unbolt the reargaurd and underneath you will see that you can still mount the indicaters to the original spot.then put 2 self tapper screws on each side of the luggage hooks to mount the number plate.move the reflecter up about 5mm so it sits flush.this is what i did with a 954 that i had.if all else fails,buy a 02-03 R1 rear and bolt that up.he he he

I removed the standard plastic guard and made my own bracket out of 316 stainless steel. The indicators still mount in the original holes, and the numberplate light holds the S/S bracket in place.

I had on '02 Blade and I took the rear guard off, including the number plate light and reflector. Like the other dudes said, the indicators go straight back in, I put the number plate right underneath the tail light. It looked sweet, you do have to bend the number plate a little. :shock:
