Suspension Noise?

I have a Honda CBR1000F and it has just started making a metallic *clack* noise when the suspension bounces and comes back up fully. I've checked swing arm bearings, shock absorber bolts etc and are fine.

The handlleing is fine as well.

Any ideas?

Might have to pull it all apart mate and put it together, big job but yeah, there might be something inside that's come loose.
