I need a new clutch basket, hub and friction plates for my 900SS.

Does anyone know where to buy Barnett Clutches from in Perth? Or can you recommend something else...

I was particlularly interested in the Carbon Fibre / Aluminium friction plates as well as the anodized billet aluminium baskets.

You pretty much answered your own questions. Barnett clutch plates are very good, probably the aftermarket pick of the bunch. You should be able to get them from Vee Two, give Rob a call there and I'm sure they'll be able to sort you out. From memory, Frasers sell Barnet plates also, though they might have to order them in for an SS...
