    Use thin copper gaskets
    Don't spend enough time with plasticine
    Rev the crap out of it on nitrous
    Lucky to get away with it

          They're actually straight, one of the joys of running stainless valves I guess. Doesn't seem to have damaged the guides either.

              Looking at it seems you just need to grind some sharp edges on the valves, bolt it back together and give it another blast mate, job's half done already!

                err? valve - wouldnt that be a bad thing re: reduced mass and thermal transfers, would you really do maching (lightly) on th piston, or use slightly shorter conrod?
