The mistake they made was not selling it with a sticker that reads "for race use only". That's what my Buell factory race kit ecu module has on it.

Mind you, Buell was pressured to stop producing and selling the race kits by the US EPA - but at least they didn't get a $1,000,000 fine. Ouch, that must have hurt Dynojet.

No, all it means is that the Ignition Modules won't be able to be sold over the counter, and it will be labeled for race use only. This is not the standard PCIII's, just the ignition modules which you buy seperately from the PCIII's.

Its just the retarded website showed a picture of the PCIII, not the ignition module.

Dynojet are being fined, and are going to produce a "Calafornia" version of the PCIII's to ensure they aren't targeted as well....

I know Yamaha had to do a total recall of its california edition 07 R1 because of pollution control issues and Dynojet already have a californian edition PC3 USB, you have to be careful when you order it that you get the right one. This is such a wank. 1 mil for this bullshit, how much is the fine for Mattel for the kids toys with crap paint that poisons kids.
