  • Ducati Australia Contact Details?

Anyone know how to contact Ducati Australia directly?

Have a warranty claim issue that I may need to escalate with them directly.
    Cheers

Just keep sending them through, the Ostrich will finally pull its head out of the sand one day....

        I hope.

Bike is still at the service centre, will see how they go before I try and escalate things. Will keep you updated.

might as well escalate it before you need to, that way they might be ready to get started by the time they're actually needed.
Do you remember the good old days before the internet?

Front suspension makes an almighty "bang" when it overextends going over some bumps. It's a known issue, many people around the world have received a fix which involves replacing the left hand fork under warranty. This problem seems to affect every 2013 Skyhook Multistrada. For some reason Ducati haven't made it a factory recall (would cost them too much I suspect).

My dealer submitted a warranty claim, Ducati Australia's response was "they all do that, it's normal operation and we're not fixing it".

Suffice to say I'm not real impressed with the after-service for a $35k motorcycle.

                        yep i'm now convinced...

next bike is going to be a run of the mill, bland and boring japper.

Setup suspension, slip on pipe, PCV, better seat, double bubble screen.

                            fun for days/months/years
